My homemade cinnamon buns soon in Munich

Yesterday was a challenging and exciting Friday! I started early in the morning,at 4 am, by making 240 homemade cinnamon buns, ordered by a swedish company, for the ISPO fair in Munich. As you may remember Birgit learned me the trick how to bake the best buns ever during 2 days fun training in Gothenburg. I tell you around lunchtime my kitchen didn’t look like the one on the pic.
It was a great feeling to realize my cinnamons buns taking off from Gothenburg airport yesterday evening!
