Pizza-making

Gather your family, friends, or colleagues for an unforgettable guided experience of being a Neapolitan pizza-maker. The wood-fired Italian pizza oven (which weighs a tonne and reaches a baking temperature of almost 500°C) ensures perfect baking, in accordance with Neapolitan tradition. In addition to the culinary experience, we promise a wonderful cooking moment that involves cooperation, laughter, and floury hands. Fully licensed to serve all alcoholic beverages, from beer and wine to spirits and cocktails.

Farm Bakery

We make sourdough bread using locally produced ancient grains from Västgötaslätten (the ‘Västgöta-plains’). Our signature bread, Lindåsa Ljusa (‘Lindåsa White’), is a white Levain bread that not only tastes amazing but is a work of art in its own right. Bread from the Farm Bakery can be purchased through the REKO-ring food-sourcing network in the area.

During the summer season we invite you to visit our Farm Café. Here, you can enjoy a wonderful fika including home-baked goods or a light meal in a relaxing farm environment. Special occasions

Birthdays, weddings, or any other occasion you wish to celebrate. We offer everything from an intimate dinner, cooked using the season’s primary produce and served in our cosy greenhouse, to seated dinners for larger parties in the serene environment of the Farm Bakery. If you would rather celebrate at home, we are happy to offer various kinds of catering solution. We encourage you to get in touch to discuss any special arrangements that you would like us to make.
