Pizza making in our oven

Pizza making is perfect for groups of 8–20 friends or colleagues looking for an enjoyable time. At Erikson Cottage you can make an evening of it in a homely environment, making Neapolitan-style sourdough pizzas! Several years ago Elisabeth learned how to make sourdough pizza in Italy, and she lovingly prepares the dough that you will use to make your pizza over the course of 48 hours so that it is ready in time for your arrival at Erikson Cottage. Together with Elisabeth, you use our wood-fired oven imported from Italy to make your own pizza. We offer two options for pizza bases: Elisabeth’s home-made tomato sauce, or crème fraiche for those who prefer pizza bianco. There is great variation as regards the toppings for the sourdough pizzas, and we are confident that we have something for everyone. For those who are gluten intolerant, we naturally offer gluten-free alternatives.

You will then have the opportunity to enjoy your delicious sourdough pizza as part of a lovely evening in our newly converted barn! We are licensed to serve alcohol, so along with food we can serve beer produced in nearby Nittorp or wine, if you so desire. You will have the premises entirely to yourselves, and are welcome to eat as much as you like.
Quite simply: all of the prerequisites for a delectable evening are available, in both senses of the word.
